Same old...

....boring scene. It was a grey and damp day today, quite windy too. You can see how large this puddle is here from the recent rains - thank goodness Xena jumps over the wet bits, unlike most other dogs who loll about in that filthy water....and then get into the car to go home afterwards!

After the walk we went to the local café for a coffee, they always give you a delicious dark chocolate truffle to accompany your coffee, it's the perfect combination.

It has been a quiet day, the lull before the storm of the Christmas festivities - well the storm is mainly in the form of cooking up a storm! Gavin finished work yesterday but he has been in his office at home for most of the day...he has man-flu a cold and needs a break now.
