Veg Curry and Chana Dal

Christmas Eve curries made and frozen. Going down to Sal’s mums for Christmas and I’ve been tasked with making the Christmas Eve meal. One veg curry and one Chana Dal.
I’ve pre-made them as I don’t fancy going in to a supermarket on Christmas Eve and taking the fresh ingredients down to make there.
