Early Light and the unexpected

This image was taken just after 8.00am.  Few people were about and I focused on the butcher's shop window ready to take the photograph when the owner popped into the frame, I did not see him coming.  As I had pre focused on the window the owner was out of focus and I realised this at the time, but there was no time to refocus and reframe so I just went with the flow.  You just take what you get!  My original intention was to capture early morning light, perhaps Ill try that again.
