Woken at 5am by Storm Pia rattling the fence and blowing the recycling boxes all around the garden. Didn’t get back to sleep. Have achieved little Christmas prep-wise apart from placing tomorrow’s supermarket order. Quick visit from a family friend this afternoon. Am nodding off as I type.
