Is this the way to Amarillo?

Arrive back in Texas today into the pan handle town of Amarillo with Tony Christie ringing in my ears. I decide to head to the the Big Texan Steak house and find out what it was all about. A basket full of cliches it had to be done. I have to say the steak was very average for Texas but it was worth it. I called to see the Cadillac ranch at sunset and retired to bed early.
