Christmas approaches

I managed to pack 5 presents today. It took me three goes. Still needing to regain strength. (Perhaps I need spinach for the iron?!)

I just did a short walk in the wind and enjoyed the fresh air.

Joan was here, then Annette who had to leave to go to a funeral, so Joan returned and Annette came back for the evening slot. How lucky are we to have so much help?

I have no idea where the day went. Margret came to see us prior to travelling by train to Cambridge tomorrow. (Rather her than me.) I hope that today’s disruption does not spill over into tomorrow.

Liz came and brought soup.

Time for an early night.
