Our grandson was over and he was cuddling with his mom's dog when I snapped this shot. Thankfully he smiled at me. 

I bought a few small things for Ellie's Christmas stocking this afternoon. I am not enjoying looking for gifts for my grown children. They don't need anything and I can't decide what they might like. Not clothes! I would like to say, "no more gifts for birthdays or holidays", I give them stuff all the time and they give me stuff all the time. Why am I so anxious about this? How can I get out of feeling this way? Any good last-minute gift I can buy for someone who simply buys anything they want? I only have a few days to figure this out or apologize for having nothing and giving cash...I dislike doing that it seems so impersonal.
