Another warm day…

MetService says it’s 27C, but it feels more like 30.

Another busy day - walking, visit to vet, coffee with a friend, catching up with another 2 friends, plus checking in with the wonderful neighbour who looks after Billy while we are away.

Tomorrow Jill and I take our first aeroplane flight (unless you count the small 5 seater we flew from Oban to Masons Bayin Stewart Island  3 weeks ago!) since February 2020 when we returned from Canada! 
We are going to join my sister and brother-in-law from Christchurch and their family in Wellington, so a real treat for us. We are really looking forward to our time together.

The hardest part is leaving Billy  and Frida…as all of you with animals understand!
