Crackling Fireplace

Another early start to the day but this time it was due to jet lag - even just a 6 hour time difference messes the sleep pattern.!

It gave Mrs AMK and Abigail a chance to setup the fireplace scene as they have done before with all these little battery candles to be fitted. 
Abigail completed the scene by turning the TV into a fairly realistic looking fire with dancing flames and crackling sound effects . 

It never ceases to amaze me how different life is these days with modern technology - when I was an 8 year old growing up on the farm we didn’t even have electricity. We did have a real fire though. !
