Stack 'em high (& low)

Appointment for father in law at hospital. Lucky to get a parking spot this time of year but I don't think the underground levels of the multi storey at that well known about...

...well am assuming that's the case considering have only just cottoned onto them myself and there is an unusually large number of spare spots compared to the other levels!
