Look who we bumped into at Tesco

Well the weekly shop wasn't too bad. W I grabbed a small swede int he store, chuffed to see it was 15p (so were packs of fresh sprouts) but we got charged 80p for it at the checkout as she entered it as a white cabbage! We weren't going to go back about it and face those queues again though!
We were expecting an Amazon delivery of some light bulbs (needed one for the Christmas Cottage and they came in packs of 2). Parcel came into our front porch and I got a message saying delivered. On picking it up the contents were rattling so I thought the bulbs were smashed but then I noticed it wasn't our parcel. It was for a neighbour but nobody was in there. Sent word to Amazon that we didn't have it (but that it might be at the neighbours house across the avenue). They refunded the money! I told her it may well be at the house across from us but I can't tell yet and said maybe hold off on the refund but she said it didn't matter she'd refund it anyway so if my parcel came to keep it and it would be good if I could give them the parcel that came to ours, which of course I was doing anyway. When our neighbour came home, they did indeed have our parcel so we got the bulbs for free, which more than makes up for the swede, since the bulbs cost £3.05!
It's been very windy all day again (and was overnight too) - I hope this wind is gone tomorrow because I need to get a bit of a walk in and replace some of my geocaches.
