Went to see Man of Steel. It was visually rather spectacular. The last 40 minutes were pretty much just unnecessary fighting and explosions. But that is the case with every film that comes out these days.

Who are the people that want more explosions? Why can't a super-hero film just be a nice character study? Those are the interesting parts.

Anyway despite that it was an enjoyable flick. There was zero humour, a bit like Batman. Mrs B actually hated it though.
