Flood of ‘23

The great flood has arrived! Water is not where it’s supposed to be. Bridges have been closed due to safety concerns. The entire state has been affected. Parts of our community are stranded, power is still out, and there’s limited gas for generators (more that limited stations are available!).

We’re maintaining with the flooded basement, the water table still high, the level isn’t receding. Hopefully by Friday. For now, we’re grateful for our generator. And consider ourselves lucky that our property did not suffer any damage.
