New growth

A very tall Ponga with a slender trunk reaching high into the sub-canopy has developed a number of new fronds growing upwards before they tip downwards increasingly with age.

The extra shows an interesting variant hydrangea. Some of the flower heads lack colour completely. Others have a slight blue tinge in the centre of the florets.
