IT'S BUGGY TIME!
Hello Lovely Blippers,
Josef the Yeti here - to bring you up to date with all the Silly Saturday Gang are doing at Bluestone Wales.
Today we all went out to Tenby - well, some had to stay behind to look after the lodge, but the HCBs and Amanda weren't out for too long and those left behind were really pleased to see them when they got back. I was chosen to go with them, to make sure they all behaved and I know that Admirer would have been proud of me and would even have giggled if she had seen us going "uphill and down dale" in Tenby. Mrs. HCB did very well and it was the longest she had walked since her operation.
I have asked Mrs. HCB to put in two extra collages and these will make you laugh - the first one shows the picture in the top left of David, which came up on Amanda's wallpaper on her phone which shows various memories, and as she was taking photographs of Mrs. HCB trimming up the buggy with us all sitting there, it just seemed as if he was watching us. Then there are two photographs of the HCBs and Amanda in Tenby and the bottom right shows Laura Lamb enjoying herself in Hong Kong, where she has been taken by Zach and his parents.
The second collage shows you what a beautiful day they all had in Tenby - the sun shone and the sky was blue - perhaps not as warm as Hong Kong, but still very pleasant. You can see the beautiful light on the sea in Tenby and there was even a rainbow. Mr. HCB and Amanda are pulling their funny faces - Mrs. HCB's Grandma used to say, if she pulled a face like that, that she would stay like that if the wind blew! I wonder if that will happen to the HCBs and Amanda? Thankfully, Mr. and Mrs. HCB were just smiling - in fact Mrs. HCB looks rather coquettish!
When we were all back, it had started raining, but undeterred, Mrs. HCB put tinsel around the buggy and you can see that I was chosen to drive. Just behind me on the seat is Daffyd the Dragon, which Amanda bought yesterday to join our gang and you might also be able to see PC Plod in the middle, which Amanda bought in London some weeks ago to join the gang, but who has been busy on other duties until now. You can see that Godfrey the Goat has lost the will to live and is doing a nosedive, taking some tinsel with him. Elvis the Elf is sliding down one of the uprights on the buggy and I had a job keeping order, I can tell you.
As this is the last Silly Saturday before Christmas, I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the whole Silly Saturday Gang - those here in Wales and all those who have gone to Australia with Kevin the Koala - to wish you all a very Happy Christmas. May you be blessed by those you love and remember BE KIND to all you meet - you never know what others are going through.
Gotta go now - sounds as if Santa is travelling around the site and we might be able to help him.
Love from Yosef the Yeti and ALL the Silly Saturday Gang far and wide. xxx
