The nasal spray I bought yesterday seemed to help last night.  Keep taking that and hopefully I can get over this.

The weather was atrocious again, but luckily I didn't have anywhere to go today.

Caught up with my young padawan and had a great laugh.  She was telling me about the mess our new starter's previous company had made.  She was coming to the end of her apprenticeship and no one had spoken to her about whether there would be a job at the end of it.  She went looking for jobs and luckily enough applied to join us.  When she did resign they told that there would have been a job for her, but by then it was too late.  They mess up is our good fortune, as I think she's going to be another star.

We had a good meeting with HR later about equality diversity inclusion after last week's conference in Birmingham.  Big plans for next year.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Having a better night
2.  Having a great laugh with my young padawan
3.  Kundai's previous company making a mess of her job prospects so that we benefited
