Turkey Burger

Our home office Christmas lunch today - a tradition started in lockdown. Archerfield this year, turkey burger with haggis stuffing, cranberry and chilli jelly, charred sprouts and pigs in blankets. Delicious, and the only turkey I’ll be eating this year.
