Coxinhas and Cartola

O Reis das Coxinhas is an institution on the highway into the interior of Pernambuco. They do in fact make superior coxinhas. They also make a good cartola (a dessert of banana, queijo de manteiga, and brown sugar with cinnamon -- a combination that sounds bizarre but which is wonderful).
