Something to get me going ...

This is how I started my day today, breakfast at a coffee shop here in DB with a friend! Yummy cafe mocha. I just love latte art and would love to learn how to do this. With our Nespresso machine, we can make nice lattes, just need to learn how to make it look this pretty ... not that I have any illusions of being a barista;-)

Then went out to one of the Cathay holiday houses on Lantau Island at Cheung Sha Beach to hang out with a couple of friends. It was extremely pleasant and a lovely location. Been a scorcher of a day, not complaining.

Finished off the day with another 1 1/2 hrs of pilates and now I'm beat!

Thank goodness it's Friday tomorrow.
