Berry Hunting

Although it was another squirrel watch day, the blackbirds took centre stage.

We have a cotoneaster shrub in the garden and it's quite funny watching these birds jump up to reach the berries.

We had a Christmas meal out planned for my Aunt but she wasn't up to it, but we still went out. As I'm a vegetarian there usually aren't many options for an alternative to the traditional Christmas fare, but they did a fantastic nut roast, which went down very well with all the usual trimmings.
