Oidhche na Nollaig

In an alternate universe I would have been at this station this afternoon welcoming A for her Christmas Eve visit. However this has been delayed due to the covid situation. 

I was however alerted via Facebook to the arrival of nacreous clouds over Pitlochry at sunset and rushed out to the garden .I was delighted to see this one and another, especially since I'd missed them earlier in the week. They truly are a sight to behold.
