DESERT STAR

My son is a huge fan of cacti & other prickly exotic plants. This ORBEA, a succulent called Stepeliad, native to the Arabian Peninsula, just happened to bloom today.

This flower also has a rank scent, which
all my grandchildren insisted on smelling.
They had fun comparing descriptions.
