I spent the whole afternoon in the kitchen making a chocolate log with home made chocolate mousse and fresh whipped cream in, a key lime pie (my own adaptation) and some dairy free, chocolate butterfly buns with ‘snow’ and rainbow sprinkles for Millie who is lactose intolerant. It’s good to be able to sit and relax this evening now.
