"I can sing a rainbow....."

We left the mainland today and took the vaporetto to Murano, famous for its glassware, produced here since 1291. So much quieter and very beautiful...and very expensive!

Then onto Burano, a fishing community with its brilliantly coloured houses and lace making tradition. Just BEAUTIFUL! I think I walked around with my mouth constantly open in awe!

Ate dinner in a piazza before taking the vaporetto back to Murano, then another to St Lucia and walked back to the hotel.

Satisfyingly tired! Amazing day!
