May Flower

....in bloom in June. This year, like so many flowers, the May flower has been abundant. The branches of the Hawthorn bushes along the canal hang heavy with the flowers. They are such a cheerful sight as you pass by, the their scent detectable along with the buzz of the bees collecting nectar from the flowers.
