Art lessons

Had a pretty pants sort of day. It was wet, children fractious, staff shattered and grouchy (it's Reports season- deadline tomorrow when it's also sports day).
I had to rush home to see Alex off to a birthday party (pizza and video games around a friend's house) and then sat working.
No blip opportunity...
Then thought HA! I have just received the new prospectus for the local Adult Ed College for September so I will sign up and pay up for a course next term and that will cheer me up! They get oversubscribed fairly quickly - I was too late and missed a term this last time. I had to decide between portraits or life studies (head & shoulders or nudes). So, rummaging through previous work I came down on the side of portrait.
Thus was inspired to submit a blip of one of my efforts. Under the rules of blip - is it cheating if I painted it in March?!
