Veg prep

The best kind of cooking is when you just bung it all in together. I did these straight into a roasting tin.

We don't have turkey. We had beef today. Everyone was too full for Xmas pudding so we will eat that later. 

Presents unwrapped, zoom with my parents and a snooze and games after dinner. That's probably it for this Christmas. Just an evening in front of the telly left now.
