Lady for the day

The local hospice held a Royal Ascot Ladies Day in their grounds, and due to a shortage of ladies I, and four other men, were drafted in as honorary ladies for the day. Good fun, but I'm afraid my selection of horses in the Tote wasn't very good, and I only got back 16% of what I staked. My other half was a bit more successful but still made a loss. Still, it was all in a good cause and the hospice made over £7000 in the afternoon.
