Just daisies

Just a quick blip from me, BPPV got the better of me this afternoon & I had a bad vertigo attack driving my mum back to the office :(

It's made for a miserable & worrying time so we already can't wait till the next hospital appointment!

I'm starting to think changes in weather are a likely trigger, so, unlike most of the items on the list the audiologist gave me, an elimination diet isn't going to work in reducing vestibular migraines :-/

& I maybe shouldn't have driven home but I didn't want to leave it and then be scared of driving at all. I need my independence!

But, in good news, Stella has forgiven me already for her dinner being so late :)
