Stalled

Our plans to go hiking were canceled today. The rain has returned, and it seems to have stalled over the northeast. Just drizzled and misted all day. Geez, if it's going to rain, could we at least get an exciting cloudburst or two and some lightening and thunder? Didn't notice the small rainbow until I got home and looked at my photos, but it's there nonetheless :)
