Armeria Maritima at Red Wharf Bay

Armeria Maritima is commonly known as Thrift, Sea Thrift, and Sea Pink. There are great drifts of these beautiful flowers all round Red Wharf Bay.

Down on the beach is where my dear friend MrsToad and I ended up this morning, check out the beautiful white clover which is her blip for today. We had a nice coffee whilst sitting in her garden looking at the huge variety of flowers, the bees and birds at the feederss - absolute bliss! Lovely to have a catchup and garden tour, thank you MrsT :-)

I had a salad for lunch, assorted leaves from the garden. Spent an hour or so potting on some more seedlings, they are now being watered well by the rain which started around 5pm.
