Born of the Forest

A Boxing Day full moon. I was hoping it would be born of the mountain (extra) but sitting in the car in a car park for an hour and a half, waiting, I nearly missed the rising! I am still not very good at the lunar calculations necessary! 

Hope you had a great day. David and I were the first people on the Col de la Croix this morning, no sun but a beautiful empty cross country ski piste ( second extra). 

Now new friends have arrived from France and are happily ensconced in the yoga room which is transformed into an apartment. I hope they have a good time, but there are so many people crowded into the area, everyone is taking advantage of the little snow we have.
