Got a call from my sister in England last night, she let me know my mum passed while she was sleeping. It was 3 weeks ago that they told her she wouldn't last the night and since then has been recovering and failing every day. She was nearly 91 years old and has spent the last 6 1/2 years being very well taken care of by the staff of St Phillips & St James in Keynsham who made it more of a home for her than when she was by herself. Very grateful to my sister, Elsa and her family who have taken care of mum for so many years when we could not be there.
