Frostdrops

I was out reasonably early today (09:30) and had to defrost the car as it was just above 0oC. Once again these lovely patterns had appeared on the windscreen, this time feather like.

I noticed that several white bloomed bulbs had appeared. As we don’t have snow but it is cold, I have renamed them frost drops. It’s the earliest I recall seeing snowdrops in bloom.

We had a gentle quiet day yesterday with a fair bit of telly including Dr Who and the latest Indiana Jones.

Today was similarly quiet with half an eye on the Great Escape. What with the original Indiana Jones on TV as well today, as our son says, there seems to be a certain type of baddie at Christmas this year.
