Trike

After 8 months of not using it due to painful worn out knee, I decided to try again - things couldn't get worse. Surprisingly after the initial pain it eased my knee. Yan loves the speed it can go at and I am sure she thinks it is my version of running. Unfortunately there are hills everywhere where I live so it is a trip to Thirlmere old lakeside road this weekend (kinder on the joints)
