This hover-fly looks like it's playing on an xylophone, but it's actually gorging itself on nectar from a cow parsley flower... but one can imagine things, right? ;) Like shapes in clouds.... :)

It's been one of those days when things were planned but it didn't happen. I was wide awake but the muggy, close, warm, wet day made me so tired... No gym as the cliff path walk yesterday really hurt my knees :-( Tomorrow definitely. Since my knees hurt I've been really bad at the gym, I LOVE the gym, but sorry, my knees come first xxxx
