Christmas in Cheltenham

A few days in Cheltenham over Christmas.

Wandering around the town on Christmas Eve we discovered this statue celebrating the birth place of Gustav Holst - I had no idea he was born in the UK.

Another famous personality had a plaque on the wall of the hotel we stayed in - Norman Wisdom was billeted there during the war when he was in the Royal Corps of Signals!
