Lovely sort out day!

We had 2 roasts for Christmas Day so today I’ve bagged up all the rest of the meat into meal portions to freeze, for later use, I then boiled up the bones and carcass. So now I have a big saucepan of stock for soup. It’s fatty at the moment, but overnight the fat will rise so I can take it off and hopefully I’ll have great stock jelly to put into 2 bags to freeze for future use. What a great soup base. Yes it’s time consuming but so worth the effort.
