Out for a boat ride

Went to the cinema in Aberdeen this morning. Knew the rain was coming but on the way home part of the A90 was closed (not sure why) forcing us along the back roads with some pretty major flooding and driving through puddles / lakes. The 35 minute journey home took nearly two hours via Dyce, Whiterashes and Oldmeldrum (which some other random places I can’t remember in between). I reverse back down one road after seeing a smaller car almost become a submarine at one flooded section.
