A welcome sight...

...after fighting our way across the Pennines through the wind and the rain...

Left the marina after breakfast and and a lovely Christmas stay. Headed to Slaithwaite ( pronounced Slawit ) via Skipton for an "at home" at Simone's.

Spray, rain, more rain, floods and wind - it was lovely to reach the welcoming lights and warm stove at Delves Gate ;)
