Old poppy heads

I had a doctors appointment this afternoon and it's been drippy and gloomy all day. I realized I had no photos for the day when I got home.  Our lighting inside isn't the best and it was really hard to get a decent photo. I resorted to wearing my headlamp to give these poppies some extra light. 
I never enjoy scrambling for a photo.
