I understand that the flowers of this plant can be used in salads and other foods as well, but can cause problems if taken longterm. I don’t think I’m game to try.

It’s been an incredibly hot day and I’m thankful that the sun has now sunk in the west. It’s a relief.

I’ve been busy clearing up from the trip to Waikuku plus getting ready to fly to Auckland tomorrow for a wedding. Missy is going to be looked after by my neighbour so I’ve been getting everything ready for her too.
