Kansas, really why would you want go there???

was the question on everyone's lips when we told people we were going to Kansas, apart from some "interesting " weather, it also had some kick ass BBQ in fact weeks later I'm still carrying it around my waist. it also had the national WW 1 Memorial, which bizarrely is also a setting for many residents wedding photos, and where else can you visit an ex-presidents house and the cell where Frank James was held? to name but a couple of the things KC had to offer...of course that said, I think I'll try to avoid returning during the windy season!
