Sprouts on a stalk

Outrageous price this year in Waitrose but lovely quality.

I left two of these outside my back door while we were away in the Arctic Circle. Coming home to delicious fresh veg was wonderful.

I know some of you will cringe at the thought, but I just love sprouts.

And they are even pure magic in a Thai Green Curry…….
