Cooper's Hawk, Del Monte Canyon, NV

I tried to sneak up on this Cooper's Hawk on the nest, but I apparently couldn't keep my sphere of disturbance small enough. As soon as I found a decent angle it flushed and began circling and calling, obviously agitated. I left in a hurry, lucky to get at least one photo.
