River rising

We’ve had a heck of a lot of rain. The river Avon shouldn’t be up to the level of the footpath as it is here. It should be a couple of feet lower. Some of the local roads are flooded too. Just inconvenient at the moment. Rather than dangerous.
Lovely weather for ducks! Or geese as here (mostly).
