Bridge Over Wheatley Lake

We took our dog for a walk around Gilbert Run this afternoon. As we approached the beaver dam at the back of the loop, a couple of walkers, going in the opposite direction, noticed my camera. They excitedly told me about a bald eagle sitting on a stump by the dam. We saw the eagle, but it was too far away for my 24-70 lens. 
I may go back tomorrow with a telephoto.
