Branching out

A steady day again today. Grace and Sophia once they was op got ready and have now left and travelled to Swindon to spend some time with Sophia's Dad and some of her family . They will bring in the new year down there before heading back to Leeds after that. It was a nice few days spent in their company.
When they had gone we decided to go for a walk to find a blip , Typically as we set off the rain started to fall so decided on a quick walk in the Arboretum . I spotted this Squirrel so grabbed a couple of shots only to realise the camera was on the wrong setting still set for the night shot of the moon . The shot was very dark but luckily I have maned to lighten it up in Picasa. I took a few more shot but like this one of it sat on a dead  part of the tree in-between the 2 trunks . We didn't stay out to long as the rain get very heavy so dashed off home and spent the rest of the day catching up on TV viewing and also some football . Fingers crossed the weather is better tomorrow so we can get out and about for a little longer
