Cinnamon and cardamom seasoned fish fillet with flambéed banana and grated coconut, tamarind sauce, and curry rice. Drink: coconut water from the coconut.

This was the lunch we had by the lovely beach of Paiva. It has been a seafood heavy day. Dinner included fried needlefish and shrimp and coconut stew.
