Ruptured Achilles Tendon

I have been having treatment for a sore Achilles Tendon on Christmas Eve I miss stepped hyper extended my tendon and subsequently found out today that it is raptured. Moon Boot and crutches and very restricted mobility. There may not be blips forthcoming, see how I go. Happy and safe New Year to one and all.
